very ss12

last week i attended the very ss12 collection preview 

it was full of bold colours, graphic prints and floral touches

the team very kindly let us choose two items we liked to take home (sure to be posted soon)

and i can't wait to get my hands on the floral print shirt and shorts set

over delicious nibbles and drinks i got to meet the lovely suzi (who hosted the event), kim, kavita, sharmin and clare, 

and catch up with becca, jen and kristabel

me and a friend attended the olivier saillard fashion in motion show at the v&a on friday

it made for a very interesting show, as it had much more of a concept and performance art feel to it

with an almost 90s catwalk vibe

the models were much more interactive with saillard's theory of clothes

creating and reworking garments out of the same strip of white cloth

been living in these trousers ever since i got them

have to confess i am a massive american apparel convert - everything is highly flattering and very easy to wear

however, there is the added cringe factor that your likely to see at least five other people wearing the same thing as you

also did some super easy nail art, which was bordering on being 3D

little strips of chain which can be bought in super drug

very quick and long living
