so the weathers been warming up and i've been able to feel the benefit of wearing practically non existent tights

yes, tights.

i don't naturally have that california glow - if only

on the good ol' i pod i've been listening to joshua radin, eliza doolittle and aloe blacc

in amongst doing art and revision

i can't wait till it's the summer holidays where i can relax and take photos to my hearts content

scrap that.

do anything to my heart's content - cause for the first time EVER i will have no work

she paints me blue

today's post is a bit of a mix of everything

firstly, here are the sonia rykiel for h+m wedges - at first i wansn't too sure about them

but now i love then and i'm super glad i kept them

this is a sheep skin collar that my grannie removed from her coat

i've been throwing it over the top of my leather jacket recently

and it's kind of reminiscent of the burberry winter 2010 outerwear collection which showed a lot of sheep skin with khaki and leather

below is a top i managed to find in anthropologie

it has great padded shoulder which give it a very structured and space age feel when wearing it

and here is one of my most prized possessions

my mum gave me this McQueen scarf for my birthday

the sumptuous silk and the electric blue makes it perfect

here's one of my latest acquisitions

this jumper/top has kind of batwing style sleeves with a built in belt to synch in the waist

it kind of reminds me of a straight jacket.. but i like it all the same

and below are the sonia rykiel wedges again

i'm loving the whole slouchy socks and sandals thing at the moment

i wouldn't normally wear them with jeans but it was a bit too chilly today and i do love rolled up jeans
